Refund Policy
When you can get your money back for a Pulsido subscription, and how to ask.
Pulsido subscriptions are sold by our reseller Paddle.com, the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle processes refunds to the card or account you paid with.
Try it before you pay
Every new company gets 14 days of the Business plan free, without a card, and the Free plan has no time limit. We'd rather you know Pulsido works for your team before you pay for it.
Money-back guarantee
- First payment: if you're not happy, ask within 14 days of your first payment for a paid plan, monthly or yearly, and we'll refund it in full.
- Yearly renewals: if a yearly plan renews and you meant to cancel, ask within 14 days of the renewal charge and we'll refund it in full.
When we don't refund
- Monthly renewals after the first payment. Cancel any time under Manage → Billing, and you won't be charged again. Your plan stays active until the end of the month you paid for.
- Unused time after canceling, outside the windows above. When you cancel, your plan runs to the end of the paid period, then your company moves to the Free plan. Nothing is deleted.
- Seats you remove in the middle of a period. Your next bill reflects the new number.
If we remove a major feature of your plan, or close your account without cause, we refund the unused part of any prepaid period. This policy doesn't limit any rights you have under the law where you are.
Rewards aren't part of your subscription
Gift cards and donations are ordered through your own Tremendous account, so their refunds follow Tremendous's terms. Coins have no cash value and can't be refunded.
How to ask for a refund
Email legal@pulsido.com from your company's owner or billing contact, with your company name and the date of the charge. You can also use the link on your Paddle receipt, or contact Paddle at paddle.net. We reply within two business days, and refunds usually reach you within 5 to 10 business days of approval, depending on your bank.
