Pricing questions
Who counts as a person?
Everyone who has joined your company in Pulsido. Invite people as you're ready; you pay for the people who have joined, not for everyone in your Slack workspace.
Is there really a free plan?
Yes. Kudos, values, celebrations, and the weekly round are free for any number of people, for as long as you like. You don't need a card to sign up.
What happens after the 14-day trial?
New companies get every feature for 14 days. After that, pick Pro or Business, or carry on with Free. Nothing is deleted. Coins people earned stay in their balance, ready for when you turn the store back on.
Can we pay by invoice?
Yes, on yearly plans. We send an order form, and the invoice comes with payment terms (Net 30 is usual) and your PO number. Contact us to set it up.
Who handles sales tax and VAT?
Paddle, our reseller. Paddle sells Pulsido to you, adds the right tax for your country, and sends the invoices. Businesses in the EU and UK can add a VAT number at checkout.
What do gift cards cost?
Gift cards and donations come from your own Tremendous account, so you pay Tremendous directly and Pulsido adds nothing on top. Rewards you provide yourselves, like a day off, cost nothing through Pulsido.
Can we change plans or cancel?
Any time, from Manage → Billing. Upgrades and extra seats are prorated. If you cancel, your plan runs to the end of the period you paid for, then the company moves to Free.
Is billing on yet?
Not yet. Pulsido is in early access, and every feature is free until billing is switched on. Company owners will hear from us well before any charge.
