Confidentiality rules nobody can switch off
- Scores and answers need 3 or more people, on every question, and comparing a team with the company can't uncover anyone
- Confidential feedback goes to the author's own (smallest) team; from a team under 5 it skips the managers and goes to owners and executives, with no team named
- Managers see the team a comment came from and the week it was written, never the person or the time
- Admins set Pulsido up but don't read answers or feedback
- Surveys that show names say so before anyone starts
